Bear Mountain Ranch Policies

 

1. BMR’s goal is to provide you with a successful experience.

2. Bookings are reserved when client commits to making a deposit.

3. Deposits shall be 50% of booking.

4. Prices are subject to change prior to bookings.

5. Once booked, hunts are final unless all parties agree to a change.

6. If client cancels, deposit will be forfeited unless agreed to by BMR.

7. Harvest fees are due at time of harvest.Harvest is defined as an animal leaving blood, whether recovered or not.Hunters must comply with all state and federal licensing regulations and must obey all state and federal hunting laws and regulations.

8. Any applicable taxes will be added to fees.

9. A liability waiver must be signed.
